No Returns Policy
All sales are considered final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Damaged Items
Refunds or replacements are only possible if the product arrives damaged during delivery.
To qualify for a damaged item claim:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging must be provided
- The product must remain unused
If the claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

Non-Refundable Situations
